Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of cooked soba noodles
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup of thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Combine the cooked soba noodles, shredded cabbage, carrots, sliced cucumber, green onions, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey in a separate small bowl and whisk until well blended to create the dressing.
